What is your return policy?
Please choose carefully as Bag Harvest doesn't provide refunds/exchanges for change of mind. We will, of course, provide a refund or exchange in accordance with ACCC regulations if you were to unfortunately receive a faulty item.

What are Bag Harvest handbags made from?
Our handbag range includes bags made from various materials. We try to include this in the product description for each bag. The most common fabrics used are cotton duck and canvas and we also have some bags that feature faux leather.

All our bags are lined. The small size has one inside pocket and the medium and large sizes have two. All handbags come with a removable base and magnetic clasp closure.
Where are Bag Harvest products made?
We are based in Port Macquarie on the mid north coast of NSW, Australia - and we make all our products here. We sell mainly online but can sometimes also be found at local markets.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, you can pick your order up free of charge. If you would like to pick up your order directly from our residence in Port Macquarie (no delivery fee applicable), select the 'local pick up' options at checkout.
After placing your order you will be contacted by us (via email) to lock in a pick up day/time. Please contact us if you have any further questions!
What if I'm sending an order directly to the recipient?
Most of our products have the option to add a personalised card along with the order. If you don't see this option on the item you are ordering, please let us know upon ordering (email, Facebook, contact form on our website, whichever suits!) and we can add a card.
We also gift wrap most order whether or not they are gift because we just love to add that special touch! We don't tend to gift wrap products such as pot plant pouches, due to their shape. Please let us know if you have any further questions about sending Bag Harvest products directly as gifts.
